A growing word that waits patiently inside
my chest, beating along, as the word turns into
several tens, hundreds, thousands of words.
The words then turn into sentences,
and suddenly my hands are shaking violently
as they begin to form paragraphs.
The paragraphs become elaborate essays,
speeches even, but they do not come out
for my mouth is closed with a tainted seal.
